I volunteer for several rescue organizations and have photographed countless animals. I know how important pets are to people and their families. And I know how important families are to the pets.

Through my photography I can capture an animal’s beauty, nuanced expressions, and meaningful interactions with people. I have years of experience reading pet behavior, getting pets’ attention, and knowing when a pet might need a break.

There are two components to your pet's session. In the first, we will take formal photographs of your pet, similar to a "prom" picture or a person's "headshot.”

The second portion of the session will focus on candids of your pet interacting with the family and their everyday world.

You and your pet will have a lot of fun.

Half of pet session costs will be donated to animal rescue.

“It is an incredibly rewarding experience to create a unique photograph that captures the beauty, spirit and personality of an animal.” Vincent J Musi

Although I have done photography for many decades, five years ago I retired from medicine, and now photography is a primary focus. I like play, and I want my sessions to reflect this. I am open for collaboration and play—and that is how I approach working with people. I want to catch the subtle look, the candid expression, and the breaking smile that tells a story. And I want my clients to look at my photos and be very glad we worked together.
